Instructions for use:
1. Connect the charger and turn it on
2. Press and hold the chest switch for 2 seconds

4. Adjust manually to three speeds(blue light30℃; white light40℃; red light50℃).
5. Press and hold the switch for 2 seconds and turn off the light to stop heating
Washing instructions: Hand wash or machine wash all ok. Before washing, please take out the USB power bank and put the clothes in the laundry bag when washed in the washing machine.
